When will I receive my order?
We process all orders within 24–48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Estimated delivery times:
2–5 business days for orders within Australia
7–14 business days for international orders
⏳ During peak periods or unexpected events (e.g., COVID-19, weather delays), shipping may take slightly longer – but rest assured, we’ll be with you every step of the way.

Don’t worry. Some Healythm products are shipped from different warehouses or packaged separately to preserve quality.
You may receive items in separate shipments.
If you haven’t received your full order after 30 business days, we will:
Refund your full payment
Let you keep the product if it arrives afterward
Simply email us at support@healythm.com and we’ll make it right.

If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us at support@healythm.com within 12 hours.
After that, your order will likely have shipped and can no longer be modified.
